ACCOUNT QUESTIONS:
How do I log in?
First, you must register as a user. If you have not done so, you can register for free here. Once you have registered, you can simply click on the User Login link on the navigation bar. Once you have entered in your username and password, you are logged in.
How do I post items for sale?
Once you have logged in, simply click on the Post an Ad link. This will take you to a page where you can fill out a form with information on the item or service you would like to sell as well as upload a picture.
How do I remove an ad?
To remove an ad, log into your account, retrieve the ad in question, and select the appropriate option to Delete Ad.
How do I repost an ad?
Reposting is not possible, but once an ad expires, you are welcome to create a new post for the same item.
How do I include a picture?
Adding a picture is easily accomplished by following the steps outlined as you complete your post. These instructions are embedded in our secure database, so when you are in the process of posting, you can follow the directions at the appropriate point in the process. To enlarge a picture, please click on the image.
If you are having trouble loading an image, reduce the size of your image and try again. Most images can be reduced by right clicking on the image and then selecting properties.
How long will my posting stay up?
Whether you are searching for something in our Items Wanted section or offering something for sale in our For Sale section, your listing will stay visible for 1 month. After that period, you will need to re-list your item or want ad.
Listings in our Jobs Available or Services for Hire sections will remain active for 1 month.
Can I pay for an item online?
Yes. We offer secure and safe payment options that are simple and convenient to use.
What fees are associated with online purchases through PayPal?

What does a Domestic Service Request posting refer to?
This is a free listing where users can seek services or list items needed in hopes of finding a good source to fill that need. Here are some examples.
Wanted: child's school desk; will pay up to $35.
Elderly man needs transportation on Thursday mornings for 1 to 3 hours; will pay $15 per hour, plus gas.
Math tutor needed in my home for 3rd grader twice a week; will pay $20 per hour.

What does a Domestic or Skilled Service Offering posting refer to?
Our aim is to match needs with solutions. We give people opportunities to do more with their idle time and resources, and help them get America moving by providing a medium that combines needs with available talents to fulfill those needs. This posting type allows you to advertise, for a small fee, your unique abilities, skills, talents, idle resources, and specialized knowledge that may fulfill a Domestic Service Request. Here are some examples.

We have enhanced our billing procedures to offer a variety of payment choices. Invoice options for postings, will appear in your members section whenever a new ad is placed.
These choices include:
1. Month to month billing: Requires manual reentry of payment information.
2. Reoccurring payments: Automatically renews your ad each month until cancelled.
3. Yearly billing cycles, (saves two months of fees): Can be set to automatically renew
Please note: If the listing is set for automatic renewal then the expiration date is extended when the payment is posted by PayPal. These listings will avoid the automatic deactivation process. If a listing expires and does not automatically renew because it is a 1-time payment or because the automatic billing failed, the listing remains in the system for 30 days. During this 30 day period members will have the option to renew their listing by clicking the renew button under My Listings.
Your automatic billing option will cancel thirty days after your credit card expires. Although Myneedonline will attempt to send our customers a friendly reminder notice, it is your responsibility to keep your billing information up to date. Members may cancel their billing at any time prior to automatic renewal.
Important:
To remove an ad, click the Cancel button and then click Unsubscribe. This will remove your ad and stop all billing.
Clicking the Edit button and Deleting your ad, will not stop the PayPal process and you will continue to be billed!
Any encounter with a stranger presents some level of risk, and although most of us trust instincts; extreame precaution is always important when inviting a stranger to your home. Although Myneedonline believes the overall majority of our users are trustworthy and well-intentioned; we must always caution our users to practice common sense when exchanging property and services with strangers.

We are an online community committed to Christian values. As such, we do not allow any form of erotic service to be posted, nor adult-oriented hook-up ads. We do not allow any kind of obscene or pornographic images. Our ads are to be kept clean and child friendly. Any ad that does not adhere to these values or to our terms and conditions is subject to immediate removal.
What should I do if I see an ad that I feel is inappropriate?
At Myneedonline.com, we try to manage and watch our ads to keep them clean and appropriate, but if you do find a post that you feel does not belong in our community, please use the Report Abuse option to bring the ad to our attention.

If you would like to advertise on this site, please click on the Professional services tab, and follow menu instructions. You may add an image, or your business logo to your listing. If you would like to lease a floating advertising box please contact us directly @ contact us. Upon availability, we will ofeer businesses who have yearly listings; a free advertising box for 1 month with business logo. Fee's for listings are $15.95 per month or $159.00 a year.
If you are a business wanting to advertise job openings, we welcome you! Fees for a one-time posting of an open position are $7.95 per month per listing.
If you are a business that has a high turnover rate and you are constantly advertising for help, we provide an annual listing service of $79.95, and your listing can be updated anytime during the year.
I just posted a job, but I dont see it in the listings. When will it show up?
Jobs should show up within 20-30 minutes of being posted, but can sometimes take longer depending on the volume of posts received. If you feel like your posting should be showing up but isnt, please contact us.
How long do job postings stay up?
These listings remain active for 1 month.
Can I post one ad for multiple jobs?
At Myneedonline.com, we ask that you please post a single ad for a single job. This makes it much easier for those who are looking for opportunities to find the right one.
